Optimized Cleaning Process with Controlled Access

The Cleanmaster HS 47 hygiene airlock combines a sole cleaning machine, a hand hygiene module, and a subsequent turnstile access control system. The unit is designed for bidirectional operation, which can be deactivated if required. The entire hygiene process is precisely monitored to ensure maximum safety and compliance.

Sole Cleaning

Upon entering the production area, two horizontal sole-cleaning brushes are automatically activated to effectively remove dirt and contaminants from footwear.

Hand Disinfection

At the same time, both hands are inserted into the hand hygiene chamber. Sensors detect the presence of the hands, after which four specially designed nozzles dispense a fine disinfectant mist from above and below, ensuring thorough coverage of the entire hand surface.

Access Control

The turnstile is released only after the complete cleaning and disinfection cycle has been successfully completed, ensuring controlled entry into the hygiene-sensitive area.

Technical Features for Maximum Performance

The Cleanmaster HS 47 hygiene station can operate as a standalone unit or serve as a perfect addition to an existing hand-washing area.

During hand disinfection, a system consisting of a piston pump, solenoid valves, and precision nozzles ensures complete yet economical application of the disinfectant solution.

A status indicator alerts operators when the disinfectant container is empty and requires refilling.

The unit is controlled by a modern DDC/PLC control system, allowing configuration of key operating parameters such as:

• Disinfectant dispensing time

• Brush operating time

• Customized operating settings

Integrated photoelectric sensors provide additional safety features, including:

• Prevention of turnstile bypassing

• Mandatory simultaneous disinfection of both hands

Durable Stainless Steel Construction

• Brush length of 800 mm

For additional operational security, the turnstile can be optionally equipped with a battery-backed emergency release system, allowing operation during power failures.

Dry-Cleaning Version: Cleanmaster HS 47 TR

A dedicated dry-cleaning version is also available: the Cleanmaster HS 47 TR.

This model has been specifically developed for industries such as:

In these environments, loose or powder-based products can make the use of water undesirable.

In the TR version, sole cleaning is performed without water. Dirt and debris are automatically collected in a removable drawer located beneath the cleaning section.
